Street Dog Hero Second Saturday Fundraiser
This fundraiser and drawing is conducted by Street Dog Hero, an Oregon nonprofit organization (the "Sponsor"). Hungry Hound is providing website, event, and promotional support only and is not the sponsor or operator of the drawing.
Net proceeds from this fundraiser support the charitable programs and rescue efforts of Street Dog Hero.
Available prizes consist of goods, services, gift cards, experiences, and other items donated by local businesses and sponsors, as described on the fundraiser page. Each prize is listed with its approximate retail value. Prize details, conditions, and any applicable restrictions are as described on the fundraiser page or communicated by the respective donor.
Entries will be accepted beginning on the date shown on the fundraiser page and ending at 5:01 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, June 14, 2026. Entries received after that time will not be included in the drawing.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. By entering, each participant represents that they meet all eligibility requirements.
Participants may enter by making a donation/entry purchase through the official fundraiser page and selecting one or more available prize drawings. Entry quantities and donation amounts are shown on the page at checkout. A completed entry is valid only after payment is successfully processed and recorded.
For each completed transaction, the fundraiser system records the entrant's name, email, phone number, selected prize drawing(s), number of entries, payment status, and transaction reference. Only paid, valid, non-refunded entries will be eligible for the drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize drawing. Purchasing more entries increases the chances of winning for that drawing.
One winner will be selected for each listed prize drawing from all eligible entries received for that specific drawing. Winner selection will be conducted by random draw after the entry period closes, as stated on the fundraiser page. The Sponsor will retain an internal record of the draw date/time and selected winner.
Winners will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address submitted at checkout. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a selected winner cannot be reached, is found ineligible, fails to respond within 48 hours, or cannot accept the prize, Street Dog Hero may select an alternate winner by redraw.
Except where required by law or expressly authorized by Street Dog Hero, donations/entry purchases are non-refundable. Refunded, disputed, voided, failed, or otherwise invalid payments will not be eligible for the drawing.
Prizes are non-transferable except at Sponsor's discretion. No cash substitution unless required by law or deemed necessary by Sponsor. Prizes must be redeemed directly with the donating business and are subject to that business's terms, availability, and expiration policies. Street Dog Hero is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or availability of prizes provided by third-party donors.
By accepting a prize, a winner may be asked for permission to allow Street Dog Hero to use the winner's first name, city, and prize information for winner announcement and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Hungry Hound provides website hosting, event support, and promotion only. All questions regarding the fundraiser, entries, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or official rules should be directed to Street Dog Hero.
Information submitted through the fundraiser page will be used for entry administration, winner contact, payment reconciliation, and related fundraiser operations. Payment card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored in the fundraiser database.
By clicking "I have read and agree to the official rules" at checkout, you consent to the prize donors of the drawings you have entered contacting you with deals, coupons, promotions, and other marketing communications related to their business. The relevant prize sponsors may use your name and email address for these purposes. You may unsubscribe from any such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails.
This fundraiser is intended to be conducted in compliance with applicable Oregon charitable gaming requirements. Street Dog Hero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the fundraiser if necessary to comply with law, platform requirements, or circumstances affecting fair administration.
