By entering and participating in the 3rd Bend Doggolympics (the "Event"), you acknowledge that dog-related competitions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury to yourself, your dog, other participants, and their dogs.
You agree that Hungry Hound, its owners, employees, partners, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, volunteers, and event hosts (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your or your dog's participation in any event, activity, or competition at the Doggolympics, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By entering the competition, you accept full and complete liability for yourself and your dog.
You certify that your dog is in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and physically capable of participating in the selected events. You agree to maintain control of your dog at all times and follow all event staff instructions.

The Event is free to enter. Event staff reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unsportsmanlike conduct or safety concerns. All decisions are final.
